"My wife and I had an excellent experience at Baldy Boyd‘s Statefarm office yesterday. We had to add another vehicle to the policy and we also needed them to explain the latest paperwork they had sent to us about stackable insurance that was worded uniquely. We were seen by Kelly Quinn service representative in the office, she was excellent on explaining the insurance in a manner where we could understand what it was, and how it affected our insurance, in a language that we could easily understand. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with an insurance company. I do recommend going and talking to Mrs Quinn and seeing if she can assist you with your insurance. I had all my questions and concerns, answered and adjusted the policy to where I felt, I was getting the best service for the money. This is why I prefer agents instead of online apps.
