"Through the years the level of service here has sharply declined. Most recently I attempted to secure a policy for a new vehicle to add to our existing policy. As with many of the previous interactions the turn around time was dismal. I was actually able to get a policy through another company quickly and before I got an answer from this agent's office. This past month I called to cancel a vehicles coverage and was denied and given the excuse that due to Florida law I was unable to remove the vehicle's coverage. (Not true) My wife called back and told them again to remove the vehicle and was told it would be done. Now, weeks later we learn the vehicle is still active on the policy. After a 3rd call, these people cannot get it together and process a simple cancelation. Like a good neighbor, state farm don't care."
